SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Police say there’s a potential for charges in last week’s bicycle/S-U-V accident that killed 22-year-old Natasha Adams of Sioux Falls.
Officer Sam Clemens says 26-year-old Terra Zahn was leaving a parking lot when she hit Adams riding a bicycle on the sidewalk near 49th and Kiwanis.
Clemens says the decision on any charges will come from the Minnehaha County State’s Attorney after the investigation is complete.
He says reports last week indicated that no charges would be filed but that may not be the case once the State's Attorney reviews the results of the investigation.
