SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - More trouble at Van Epps Park last night when a 26-year-old Sioux Falls man stabbed another man in the body with the blade of a multi-tool.
Lieutenant Loren McManus says when police arrived the suspect, Dustin Berhow, was unconscious. McManus says the incident started when Berhow didn’t want a woman to leave with the victim. As the two men fought Berhow allegedly pulled out the multi-tool and stabbed the victim in the upper body, and also cut him. Bystanders moved in and knocked Berhow out.
An officer on patrol saw the scuffle and found Berhow on the ground. He's charged with aggravated assault
The victim didn’t want medical attention.
