Sioux Falls, SD (KELO AM) - For the next several weeks, police officers will focus on bicycle and pedestrian safety within Sioux Falls. After the car/bicycle fatal crash on July 16, 2014, officers recognized there was a need to remind motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists of the laws that pertain to them. A plan has been developed that will provide both education and enforcement to make the streets safer for all.
