SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - The streets surrounding the Washington Pavilion will be packed with artists, vendors and devotees for Saturday’s 51st Annual Sidewalk Arts Festival.
Michele Wellman says the Festival is a fundraiser for the Visual Arts Center which benefits area children. She says funds raised help with the Center's outreach program for students in schools across the Sioux Empire. She says Pavilion art goes beyond it's walls.
The festival is on Main and Dakota Avenues between 10th and 12th Street and 11th Street from Main west to Minnesota Avenue.
Over 200 fine art, folk art, craft and food booths are scheduled to take part.
The free festival is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.
