Sioux Falls S.D. (KELO AM) - The Outdoor Campus and Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation are partnering for a great event for individuals with special needs! Whether you are an avid fisherman or just a beginner, let’s see how many fish we can catch. Awards will be given for largest and smallest fish and other categories. A South Dakota fishing license is not required for anyone under 16 but is required by the adult in attendance with the participant. Bring your equipment or use ours.
Adaptive Fishing Fun will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2013, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Family Park. Family Park is located near West 12th Street and the Tea/Ellis Road. This free event is for individuals with special needs ages 6 and up. Please register by August 15.
