SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A missing 16-year-old Sioux Falls girl was found safe yesterday afternoon in a house at 22nd and Willow.
Officer Sam Clemens says Piper Hyser was arrested for being a runaway and on an outstanding warrant. she was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center.
Clemens says police believe Hyser was staying with during the last week.
Clemens says a tip led authorities to Hyser’s location. Hyser’s mother called police last week when she didn’t come home.
