SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A Sioux Falls woman has had problems with items stolen from her front porch, so when she and her fiancé heard footsteps outside he gave chase.
Officer Sam Clemens says she called 911 and found her 27-year-old fiancé from Valley Springs lying in the road suffering a head wound.
Clemens says the victim suffered two skull fractures and a concussion.
Investigators found a landscape brick near the victim and believe that's what was used in the attack. Clemens says there were two suspects but the victim gave limited descriptions and there are no arrests.
