SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A draft of the 2025 Downtown Sioux Falls Plan will be presented today at the downtown Public Library.
Director of Community Development Darrin Smith says the city will acquire ten acres of land now owned by the railroad. He says that space will dramatically change downtown Sioux Falls.
He says a draft of the 2025 Downtown Plan will be presented after months of public engagement on the topic.
Smith says an overview of the plan will be presented at 5:45 followed by questions and comments.
