SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A 52-year-old Sioux Falls woman faces drug charges and her 18-year-old son is accused of aggravated assault after he allegedly threatened a repo man with a handgun.
Police say Justus Zafft is accused of threatening a Dakota Adjusters employee in traffic at 14th and Minnesota.
Officer Sam Clemens says the repo man recognized the car Justus was driving as one on their list to be repossessed. The employee got out of his car at a stop sign and approached the Nissan vehicle Zafft was driving. He told Zafft who he was and that he wanted to repossess the car and Justus allegedly drew a handgun and pointed it at the victim.
Justus and his mother Lesa Zafft were stopped at 28th and Minnesota where police found controlled substances, marijuana and cash in their car.
Both are charged with possession of marijuana and meth with intent to distribute.
