SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A Sioux Falls man is accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-girl in the hall of an apartment building on East 3rd Street last night.
Officer Sam Clemens says 30-year-old Aita Subba is charged with sexual contact.
Clemens says the girl was visiting friend in the complex and was in between apartments when Subba allegedly approached her. He's accused of grabbing her a trying to force a kiss on her. Clemens says she wriggled free and went home to tell her parents.
Clemens says Subba was arrested at his apartment. He says the victim lives in an apartment complex a few blocks from the incident.
