SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Sioux Falls police say there are similarities between this morning’s armed robbery at SuperAmerica on 41st and Saturday night’s robbery of a Kum N’ Go.
Officer Sam Clemens says the suspect’s descriptions are alike. Clemens says the descriptions of white male, medium build, mid-20's and hooded clothing are the same
Clemens says last night’s suspect threatened the female clerk with a hunting knife but Saturday’s suspect did not show a weapon.
A man armed with a hunting knife held up the Super America on West 41st Street around one this morning. Police say the suspect showed the clerk a knife and fled with the cash.
The suspect wore a green hooded sweatshirt, dark green shorts, black gloves and black bandana over his face.
The were no reported injuries and the investigation is on-going.
