Kevin Smith asks that neighbors help neighbors when it comes to maintaining property.

Failure to clean sidewalks comes with a $100 citation and costs to clear your walk.

Shoveling snow is the last thing on your mind now but that day will arrive and city ordinance says sidewalks must be cleared 48 hours after the last flake falls.
