SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Police say a Sioux Falls man was arrested for indecent exposure while in his pickup near Laura B. Anderson Elementary School yesterday afternoon.
Officer Sam Clemens say 39-year-old Jerry Lee Brandsgaard-Shrieves was there to get his child after school.
Clemens says an area resident allegedly saw Brandsgaard-Shrieves touching himself and called police.
