SIOUX FALLS,SD (KELO-AM) Two state prison inmates have gone missing from the South Dakota State Penitentiary in Sioux Falls . Law enforcement is on the lookout for the pair. Department of Corrections officers say Inmates Thomas Strutz and Joseph Leroi were last seen Sunday night at the Penitentiary's Jameson Annex minimum-security unit.
Strutz is a 33-year-old Native American, serving a five-year sentence for fourth-offense DUI out of Codington County. He has black hair and brown eyes is 6-feet-2-inches tall and weighs approximately 210 pounds.
Leroi is currently serving a 10-year sentence for grand theft from Day County. He's 45, 6-feet-3 inches tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds. He too is Native American with brown hair and brown eyes.
