SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Police say a Sioux Falls man fired his handgun into the air to get two men arguing outside his apartment to stop.
Officer Sam Clemens says 42-year-old Todd David Linson is charged with two counts of aggravated assault.
Clemens says as the men continued arguing, Linson came outside with a handgun and pointed it at them. Clemens says Linson allegedly fired one shot into the air and the men ran.
Either the victims or neighbors called police and the two victims returned to the scene
Officers arrested Linson at his South Prairie Avenue apartment.
He's also charged with reckless discharge of a firearm.
