SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Police say gunshots were fired when an out-of-control party spilled into the streets east of Lyon Park in downtown Sioux Falls early this morning
Officer Sam Clemens says one person was arrested for fleeing and underage consumption and another for possession of marijuana but it’s unclear if they had anything to do with gunshots.
18-year-old Ryan Williams Ashes was arrested for fleeing, possession of marijuana and underage consumption. A 15-year-old girl was also arrested for underage consumption.
Clemens says police believe they know who the shooter is but he hasn’t been found. No one was injured
