SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Someone checked out more than books in the Oak View Library parking lot on East Third Street yesterday afternoon.
Officer Sam Clemens says 19-year-old Deng Chol Ayom is accused of selling marijuana out of a car.
Clemens says a witness saw a man approach a car in the lot, give the passenger some money and take something that was passed back. He says the car was still there when police arrived.
Ayom faces a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
