SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A 17-year-old girl noticed smoke rolling out of a parked car at Hayward Elementary yesterday afternoon.
She told the occupants that the school parking lot wasn’t a good place to smoke marijuana.
Officer Sam Clemens says that's when one of the occupants allegedly pointed a handgun at the girl and told her to move on. She did and called police with a description of the car and a partial plate.
Clemens says a 17-year-old Sioux Falls boy is charged with aggravated assault and 19-year-old Megan Dominiack is charged with possession of marijuana.
