SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Mayor Mike Huether says Sioux Falls is negotiating to put a hotel on the recently renovated Elmwood Golf Course.
Huether says rooms at a public golf course are a natural fit.
The Mayor says the City wants to control over the hotel, and the golf course, in terms of that play, the access and the cost.
Huether says that’s part of the reason that the city courses did not join Great LIFE Malaska Golf and Fitness.
