Injured Sioux Falls' bicyclist dies a week after accident

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) -  Police say the 63-year-old Sioux Falls man injured in a car-bicycle accident a week ago today on West 41^st Street died yesterday.

Officer Sam Clemens says a 56-year-old woman hit the victim as she was turning out of a gas station driveway.

Clemens says there are no charges yet in the case but he says the investigation is still ongoing.  He says once the investigation is complete, police will work with the city attorney and the state's attorney to determine if there will be any charges.             

The bicyclist hit the front passenger side of the vehicle.
