Human Trafficking Task Force works Sioux Falls

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - There was a multi-agency effort last week in Sioux Falls to locate girls and women that are forced into prostitution.

Officer Sam Clemens says four women were arrested for prostitution but there was no evidence of trafficking.

Clemens says police aren't seeing as many women as they used too that are being trafficked, at least in Sioux Falls.  He say there are fewer pimping arrests as well.             

Clemens says the women were contacted online by members of the Human Trafficking Task Force.
