SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Senator John Thune says President Obama is threatening to veto the bipartisan defense bill.
Thune says the Administration is pressuring Congress to spend more on federal government agencies.
Thune says if the President wants to get into a fight over how many of millions of dollars the federal government should spend on bureaucrats, "that's fine," but he shouldn't do it at the expense of our men and women in the military.
Thune hopes the House and Senate will rally enough support to override a presidential veto.
