SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Another fake video lottery ticket netted the thief $900 earlier this week at Lucky Lady casino.
Officer Sam Clemens says investigators aren’t clear on how the fake tickets are made.
Clemens says they believe most are made on a home printer. He says one of the biggest tell tale signs is how different the paper feels between a real and fake ticket.
More phony video lottery tickets have been cashed out lately at Sioux Falls casinos. A $600 ticket was cashed at the Upper Cut last weekend
