SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - South Dakota’s Congressional Delegation and Governor Daugaard are all disappointed by the President’s decision to reject the Keystone XL Pipeline.
Daugaard says Obama is eliminating an opportunity for America to be more reliant on a trusted North American friend.
Daugaard goes on to say that the United States will be more reliant on oil-producers from other places, many of who don't respect or share "our" values.
Senators John Thune and Mike Rounds say they weren’t surprised by the President’s decision.
