SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A six week investigation resulted in the arrest of a 45-year-old Dell Rapids woman and the recovery of over seven pounds of marijuana and over a quarter pound of meth.
Captain Mike Walsh with the Minnehaha County Sheriff’s office says Cindy Woods face possession with intent to distribute charges.
Walsh says for Dell Rapids it is a major drug bust, but he also adds that given the scope of the drug problem no one should be terrribly surprised.
Walsh expects more arrests in the case.
