Sioux Falls, SD (KELO-AM) - Sioux Falls Fire Rescue, Police and Paramedics units responded to a house fire Sunday afternoon on the city's east side. The call came in around 2:30 for a fire at 913 Clover Avenue. Captain Michael Koopman of Sioux Falls Fire rescue says 16 firefighters in 5 vehicles quickly knocked down the fire, which caused heavy smoke damage and left a hole in the roof of the split foyer home. Cause of the blaze is under investigation. The Red Cross is assisting the family displaced by the fire. No injuries were reported.
