SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Even after setting two, single-day snowfall records, it’s possible Sioux Falls could have a brown Christmas.
Extension Climate Specialist Dennis Todey says the El Nino is bringing milder air this month.
Todey says we won't be completely snow free, there will be some piles left behind. But he says it's very possible there will be brown around, "lots of brown around."
Todey says colder air is forecast the middle of the month, but warmer at the end and no major storms.
