SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A man robbed Jackson’s Casino on South Minnesota Avenue around 1:30 this morning.
Officer Sam Clemens says the suspect entered through the back door. Clemens says the female clerk locked the back door as she was preparing to close. The suspect knocked or rang and when the clerk opened it he turned his back to her so she couldn't see the bandana covering his face.
The suspect dug in his pocket as if he were armed but the woman did not see any weapon. Clemens says the man demanded money from the clerk, he fled with the cash and no one was injured.
The suspect is described as five-seven; he wore a hooded sweatshirt under a dark colored coat and had a bandana over his face. He was caught briefly on surveillance video as he came in the back of the casino.
