SIIOUX FALL, S.D. (KELO AM) - Street crimes detectives arrested two women for prostitution and a man for pimping, all from Sioux City, last night at a northeast Sioux Falls hotel.
Officer Sam Clemens says police answered an ad on the internet. Clemens says detective arranged a meeting, discussed prices and when the women agreed to a deal they were arrested.
Clemens says police could make prostitution arrests every night of the week but their ultimate focus is on finding women who are trafficked and forced into a life of prostitution.
26-year-old Rashad Jamar Lee is charged with pimping. The women were ages 23 and 28.
