SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - South Dakota Democrats have begun the process of finding delegates to attend the National Convention in Philadelphia next July.
Party Chair Ann Tornberg says delegates from 35 local meetings a week later pick national delegates at the state caucus in Pierre.
State Democrats welcome any registered South Dakotans, at least 18 years old, to participate in the process.
Four at-large delegates, two elected legislative or community leaders will be selected by convention delegates at the State Party Convention in June in Sioux Falls.
Forms, dates and the delegate plan are at s-d-d-p-dot-org.
