SIOUX FALLS, S.D (KELO AM) - A Sioux Falls man wanted in the rape of a juvenile in November was arrested yesterday at an apartment on South Rock Creek Drive.
Sergeant Pete Jaros says 32-year-old Michael Brisson was about to go to Florida.
Jaros says Brisson was hiding with a woman who rented the apartment. He says through interviews with acquaintances, some had to be repeated, authorities were able to locate their man.
Jaros says there are no charges against the woman whose apartment Brisson was hiding in. He was on Minnehaha County's most wanted list.
He’s charged with second degree rape.
