Sioux Falls, SD (KELO-AM) A Sioux Falls man convicted of murdering his live-in girlfriend was sentenced to 60 years in prison on Wednesday.
That was, apparently, the max Timothy Moses could get.
Back in December of 2014, police found Angel Schroeder dead in the bathroom of the apartment they shared on W 22nd Street. Court papers indicated she had been choked and beaten to death.
Reports at the time said that when police arrived at the apartment Moses was bleeding from the wrists, and that his mother had told police that he was threatening suicide.
