When officers caught up to him at 9th and Prairies he told them he was coming from a friend's house but couldn't remember the address.  Police checked his backpack and found a .22 caliber handgun, speakers, a cellphone and some keys that did not belong to him.

Meanwhile...Clemens says two fifteen year old boys were arrested near 41st and Minnesota with a stolen vehicle.

They were first seen with four other teens checking car doors in 200 block of West 42nd Street.  When police arrived, they group ran and officers managed to corral two suspects.  Just as they were interviewing the pair, a woman called police to report her car was stolen and officers found that that was the car the teens were driving before they got out to check for unlocked cars.

The three teenagers face felony charges and were taken to the Juvenile Detention Center.
