SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A Sioux Falls man is accused of sexually assaulting a ten year old girl at the victim's home.
Officer Sam Clemens says 28-year-old Cody Leroy Waldner is the girl's uncle. He has been charged with rape.
Clemens says the victim's stepfather heard the child go into another bedroom and that's where Waldner was. Inititally he didn't think too much about it but thought it was little too quiet and that's when he went to investigate.
He says that's when the stepfather discovered the incident.
Clemens says the victim's stepfather called police.
