SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A Flandreau man was arrested yesterday morning for throwing rocks at cars near East Presentation Street and North Fourth Avenue in north central Sioux Falls.
Officer Sam Clemens says 23-year-old Levi Eagle Feather III is charged with intentional damage to property, obstruction and resisting arrest.
Clemens says one car had been dented and another had a side window that was shattered. He says damage is estimated at $250 for each car.
When officers went to arrest Eagle Feather he struggled with them, but they managed to get him to the jail.
No word on why he was throwing rocks at cars.
