Minneapolis, MN (KELO-AM) The Metrodome's roof has been deflated. It took about 35 minutes. With Saturday's wind and snow, there was talk about a possible delay, but the roof was deflated as scheduled. The Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority started the process at 7:15 Saturday morning. The deflation will make way for the new $1 billion Vikings stadium.
