SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO-AM) After gathering his final signatures at Active Generations over the noon hour, Sioux Falls Councilor Greg Jamison went to file his petitions to be on the ballot for Mayor of Sioux Falls. Jamison turned in over twice the signatures required. His official website says in his own words:
"I am here to represent every citizen of Sioux Falls and to work hard to put PEOPLE FIRST. My priority is to strengthen the connection between the citizens and the mayor’s office and restore the trust that people should have with their local government."
Speaking on Jon Michaels's Forum program, Jon asked Jamison to describe himself in one word...Jamison's reply was "trustworthy". You can hear the full half hour interview this Sunday morning on all of Midwest Communications' Sioux Falls stations. (KELO-AM at 7:30 AM)
The date for the election is April 8th.
