SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Charges are pending against a Sioux Falls man who led Highway Patrol troopers on a pursuit early this morning.
Officer Sam Clemens says 18-year-old David-Dominic Christian Ladinvillala lost control of his car at 45th and Larch hitting a street sign.
Clemens says there were no injuries.
