SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Judge Karen Schreier today sentenced Mohammed Alaboudi to four life terms for sex trafficking.

U. S. Attorney Brendan Johnson says the case against Alaboudi began with the testimony of a 14-year-old victim.  Johnson says Sioux Falls police found the girl and she began telling investigators about the horror that was happening in the house Alaboudi had been operating out of.

Johnson says Alaboudi was in house on South First Avenue on the outskirts of Mckennan Park. Johnson says Alaboudi's home was known as a place where homeless, drug-addicted young women could go for food, shelter and drugs.  In exchange they had to have sex with Alaboudi and a long line of men that would frequent there.

Flanked by law enforcement heads from across South Dakota, Johnson today reiterated that sex trafficking will not be tolerated anywhere in the state.
