Sioux Falls, SD (KELO-AM) Sioux Falls Mayor Mike Huether on Wednesday declared that the state of the city is 'rock solid', in the annual State of the City Address.
Huether told city counci that Sioux Falls' piggybank is so strong that the city could operate normally for 4 months without a single penny in revenue coming in.
The mayor said that it would be really hard to find a stronger city than Sioux Falls.
