The Save Spellerberg Park and the city of Sioux Falls were in court Monday because of a misprint of the date of completion on Tuesday's ballot for Initiated Measure #2. Judge Susan Sabers ruled by 5 PM Monday if favor of Sioux Falls. The ballot as printed will be voted on Tuesday.
