SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A stabbing victim, found by a passerby this morning on South Dakota Avenue, is not cooperating with Sioux Falls police.
Officer Sam Clemens says the 23-year-old male transient suffered cuts to his head and back and a puncture wound to his arm. The wounds are considered non-life threatening
Clemens says investigators are talking to potential witnesses and have developed a potential suspect but there has not been an arrest.
Clemens says the victim was found before nine this morning in downtown Sioux Falls but they’re not sure when the stabbing occurred.
