SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) A Sioux Falls man faces felony drug charges after he crashed his car into the front porch of a home at First Street and Blauvelt Sunday night.
Officer Sam Clemens says after the crash 29-year-old Ousman Mustafah Dibba allegedly threw a backpack into the bushes and ran.
Clemens says police caught Dibba a few blocks away. When police returned to the scene of the crash they found the backpack with just over 3 pounds of marijuana inside.
Dibba is charged with aggravated eluding, hit and run, reckless driving, no license and felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
