Sioux Falls man faces wire fraud, money laundering charges

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - A Sioux Falls man has pleaded not guilty to charges of stealing money from a disabled person’s trust fund that he managed.

U.S. Attorney Brendan Johnson says 57-year-old Randall William McKee is also accused of defrauding investors in a real estate scheme.

Johnson says the alleged crimes happened while McKee lived in Rapid City.  He says the F.B.I is the lead investigator in the case

He’s pleading not guilty to 14 counts of wire fraud and 9 counts of money laundering.

A trial date is set for January 13.
