Huron, SD (KELO AM) - The EPA's "Waters of the U.S." proposed rule would expand Clean Water Act jurisdiction on our farms and ranches, as shown in this new infographic below. Farmers and ranchers take excellent care of their land and water! But Congress never meant for these temporary and non-navigable "waters" to be federally regulated.
