SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Someone pumped ten, nine-millimeter rounds into a Grand Prix sitting in an apartment parking lot on South Center Avenue early this morning.
Officer Sam Clemens says the 21-year-old female victim doesn’t know why anyone would shoot-up her car.
Clemens says investigators don't know if whoever shot the car knew the owner or if it was a random shooting.
Clemens says the bullets hit a front quarter panel and the hood.
The incident happened just south of the All Saints Retirement Community in central Sioux Falls.
