SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Attorney General Marty Jackley today released two ballot explanations on loan interest rates and expanding rights for crime victims.
Jackley says potentially there could be two different measures dealing with interest.
One folks call the 36% one and others focus on the 18% one. He says both go much deeper than that and he encourages residents to look very carefully at both of the explanations.
The latest interest measure is a proposed Constitutional Amendment requiring over 27-thousand signatures.
Jackley's office has issued nine ballot explanations to date.
