SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (K4ELO AM) - Many children in the Sioux Empire face painful dental issues due to lack of funds or insurance.
Keri Barrow says the South Dakota Dental Foundation is holding a one-day free dental clinic Saturday, October 3.
Barrow says the clinic will offer cleanings, exams, and surgical and restorative treatments. The Foundation worked with the Siouc Falls School District to identify children and families with dental needs that have difficulty getting to a dentist.
Barrow anticipates providing free services to 150 children.
