SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - The Sioux Falls Pumpkin Phantom struck again, this time at City Hall and Mayor Mike Huether was the Round One's intended victim.
His Orangeness carved a gourd in the likeness of the city's esteemed Mayor.
Huether says he will stop at nothing to find and prosecute the Pumpkin Phantom.
