SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - The Sioux Falls man who missed a court date on child pornography charges was found dead Friday in a van parked in the Home Depot parking lot on South Louise Avenue.
Officer Sam Clemens says Kevin Harty was reported missing October 30th.
Clemens says authorities are treating Harty's death as unattended. He says there's nothing suspicious about the death. He says snow plows went around the van and that's when someone called police.
Harty was on Minnehaha County’s most wanted list.
